Q: How long is the production time on a custom piece? 

A: Depending on the custom piece, it typically takes 5-10 business days.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?

A: Delivery is typically 2-3 business days *not including Sunday

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: We know you can't wait to receive your order so we will notify you when your order ships via email.

Q: Can I exchange or refund my order?

A: Our refund and exchange policy lasts up to 7 days since your purchase. After 7 days we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds. For more info take a look at our refund & exchange policy.

Q: What do I do if my order is damaged?

A: We are so sorry too hear that your order has arrived in bad condition! Please let us make it right and we would be happy to assist in processing a replacement order or even issue a refund to you at a reasonable time. You may contact us through our contact page.

Q: How do I wash my t-shirt?

A: Since the shirt contain HV (high visibility/reflective) content it should be washed in cold water. TURN INSIDE OUT & use the "delicates" washing cycle on your washer machine. TRY AVOIDING adding garments with a rough finish. Why? The microscopic glass beads embedded in the reflective finish can be worn off by the rough treatment! TRY avoiding fabric softener, it can damage the reflective ability with one wash. Tumble Dry LOW.

Q: How do I wash my hoodie/sweatpants?

A: Same way with the TMK t-shirt, turn inside out because of the reflective content.
